Cranberry Chocolate Toffee Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces

Directions:

Spread cranberries evenly on greased 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch jelly roll pan. Melt butter and brown sugar in medium saucepan. Cook over

medium heat, stirring constantly until syrup reaches hard ball stage (300 to 310 degrees). Pour syrup over cranberries. Sprinkle chocolate pieces over top. As chocolate melts, spread evenly over cranberries. Cool.

Cut into squares. Serve at room temperature.
